Sponsorship Opportunities Available

1. Category Main Sponsor (Contribution: R60,000 or More)
Limited availability per category. The confirmed sponsors in this tier will have veto rights on any other potential Main Sponsor to ensure no direct competitors are brought in at this top level.

2. Silver Partner (Contribution: R20,000 - R30,000)

  • FESTIVAL DATES: Q2 2026

    Postponed from August 2025 due to FMD outbreak and vaccinations

  • Trading Hours (for sponsors with on-site presence)

    • Saturday: 08h00 – 17h00
    • Sunday: 08h00 – 15h00
    • Please note that sponsors do have the option to remain present after these hours should there be demand, but are expected to engage during the times set out above.

  • Sponsor Alignment

    As an event run by the Milk Producers Organisation of KZN (MPO), we kindly request that all sponsors align with our mission to promote the dairy industry. Promotion of dairy alternatives is not permitted.

  • On-Site Logistics (for sponsors with physical presence)

    Details will be updated as soon as we have confirmation of new dates. 

    • Set-Up: Accreditation and set up will take place on...
    • Breakdown: All sponsored activation areas are to be broken down from the end of the festival
    • Site Map and Positioning: The site map will be made available as soon as all fees have been paid in full. Sponsor activations may not be relocated, and placement is final. Sponsors may also not occupy a space wider than their allocated area unless arranged in advance. The event is outdoors, so please come prepared.

  • Application Process

    • Applications need to be submitted 
    • Approval of sponsorship applications is subject to selection by the organising committee. All decisions are final.
    • An invoice for payment will be issued once your application has been approved. Payment of the invoice is required to confirm your sponsorship.
    • The sooner your application is submitted and written confirmation received, the sooner your brand will be highlighted on the website and social media.
