Exhibitor Application
Find all the information to be an exhibitor at the 2025 Dairy Fest. Please read all the information and then complete the form to apply to be an exhibitor at the two day festival. Applications will be assessed on a first come, first served basis, and decisions will be communicated per the details below.

Set-Up
Accreditation and set up will take place on Friday 22 August 2025 from 10h00. Set up must be completed by 07h00 on Saturday 23 August 2025.Trading
- Saturday 08h00 – 17h00
- Sunday 08h00 – 16h00
Please take note that exhibitors do have the option to trade after these hours, should there be a demand, but exhibitors are expected to trade during the times set out above.
Breakdown
All exhibition stands are to be broken down from Sunday 24 August 2025 between 16h00 - 19h00 -

Stand Prices
- Food Trucks - R1000 for the weekend
- Food Stalls - R900 for the weekend
- Inside Buildings - R750 for the weekend
- Under Tent Cover - R500 for the weekend
- Outside - R400 for the weekend
- Agricultural Stands - R4000 for the weekend
Electricity Connection will be charged an additional R100 for the weekend.
Please note that indoor and undercover spaces are limited. As are the electrical connection points.

Dairy Industry
The Dairy Fest is an event run by the Milk Producers Organisation of KZN (MPO) and therefor we request that all Food Vendors have a dairy element on their stand. No promotion of dairy alternatives will be permitted.

Selection Process
Approval of products and services are subject to selection by the Selection panel.
All decisions are final
Criteria for selection applications:
- Are the products unique and how much overlapping is there with other application?
- Are your products of good quality?
- Is your product mass produced and generally available in shops?
- Will the stall be used to raise funds for a local registered institution?
- Does the applicant come from Nottingham Road or surrounding areas?
Additional Information
SITE MAP AND POSITIONING
- The site map is made available as soon as all fees have been paid in full
- Stalls may not be relocated and placement is final
- Stalls may also not occupy a space wider that their allocated space, unless it has been arranged in advance with
- The event is outdoor, please make sure you come prepared.
BANKING DETAILS AND PAYMENTS
An invoice for payment will be issued once the application has been approved. Payment of the invoice is required to confirm your spot, and no later than 18 August 2025.
